[9] Added new hench: Fire Champion



We are finalizing preparations. The Fire Champion hench will be exclusive to the TOP 3 in the Ranking, as long as they maintain their positions.

Hench is 7 days long and can be received every week, as long as the user maintains his position in the ranking.
This way, as players evolve, the base level of the hench can also increase weekly if necessary.

- The hench is level 217
- The hench has no defined type. The player chooses (1) type.
- Hench cannot be transferred or traded.
- The player will lose the hench if he loses his position in the ranking.
- The hench will only be available to the first 3 Ranking players.

More information should be available as soon as the system is released.

[10] Added new setting where MIX SKILL LV 10 is acquired when mixing henchs between levels 181~230. (Before the level 10 MIX was only 181~200).
