We have received some reports about the stats of 190 weapons and would like to let you know that there will be a rebalancing of stats and bonus effects in the next maintenance.
[*] There was a bug where the NPC was asking BOW for Phoy and GUN for Penril. We have already fixed it and you can now use the NPC normally.
